Revival Forge LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates Hire Revival (hirerevival.com) and is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our services — with a clear focus on minimizing data retention and deleting original files immediately after processing.

1. What We Do NOT Do

• We do not store your original uploaded resume file (PDF, DOCX, TXT) after analysis completes.
• Uploaded files are processed temporarily and permanently deleted immediately after the analysis result is returned to you (typically within seconds to a few minutes).
• We do not build user profiles, track you across the internet, sell data, or share data with third-party advertisers.

2. What We Collect and Why

Temporary processing data (deleted after analysis):

• Uploaded resume file – processed once, then deleted
• Extracted full text content – used only for analysis, then discarded

Minimal persistent data (stored only as long as necessary for the product):

• Anonymous user ID (random GUID stored in your browser localStorage) – links your analyses to your session without requiring login or email
• Analysis metadata: date, filename (not content), fraud score, flags list, short summary text
• A short, truncated text preview of the extracted resume content – kept only to let you review your past analyses in your history view (no full documents are retained)
• Usage counters for freemium limits (checks used this period)
• Optional feedback (thumbs up/down + comment) – helps us improve
• Waitlist entries (email, role, feedback) – only if you explicitly join

3. How We Use Data

• Perform AI-powered fraud detection on uploaded resumes
• Enforce freemium usage limits
• Display your personal history of analyses (metadata + short preview only)
• Improve the product via aggregated, anonymized feedback

4. Third Parties

We use external services only as strictly necessary to operate the product. These providers process data under strict agreements and do not receive identifiable information beyond what is required for the specific task (e.g., analysis processing).

5. Your Rights

Because we minimize what we keep:

• We do not store your original resume file at all — it is processed temporarily and permanently deleted immediately after analysis.
• A short, truncated text preview of the extracted resume content is kept only to let you review your past analyses in your personal history view. This preview contains no full documents and is not used for any other purpose.
• You can effectively "clear" your history visibility at any time by clearing your browser localStorage (which resets your anonymous user ID), after which past analyses will no longer be visible to you in the app.
• Waitlist data (if you joined) can be removed by emailing support@revivalforge.com

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit, secure temporary processing, and least-privilege access. However, no system is 100% secure — we reduce risk by not retaining original files or large amounts of personal data.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Significant changes will be announced via @revivalforge on X.
