Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Revival Forge LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), including the Hire Revival website and tools located at hirerevival.com (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to upload, transmit, or process any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or invasive of privacy;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying logic or prompts used in the analysis process;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Service without permission;
• Upload files containing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

1.1 Fair Usage

The Service is intended for reasonable personal or small-team hiring needs. You agree not to use the Service in a manner that places an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure or systems. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you may not:

• Submit an excessive number of resumes or analyses in a short period of time (automated or manual);
• Use the Service for benchmarking, competitive analysis, scraping, data mining, or any commercial resale of the output;
• Attempt to circumvent freemium limits or other usage restrictions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your usage violates this fair usage provision.

2. Uploaded Content & Analysis

You retain ownership of any resume or document you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process the file solely for the purpose of providing the fraud detection analysis and generating a result. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Original uploaded files are deleted immediately after processing. Only minimal metadata and a short truncated text preview are retained to enable your personal history view (see Privacy Policy for details).

3. Accuracy & No Professional Advice

The Service provides an AI-generated fraud risk score and flags based on patterns and heuristics. It is not a formal background check, employment verification, or legal determination. Results are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for hiring decisions. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis.

4. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revival Forge LLC, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service;
• Any reliance on analysis results;
• Unauthorized access to or use of your transmissions or content;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
